WASTE COLLECTION LOADER / STAINES We are recruiting reliable and hardworking Loaders for a waste collection operation based in Staines. This role involves working as part of a team, assisting drivers with daily collection routes. This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent weekday work with optional Saturdays. Weekly RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES Assisting with loading bins onto the vehicle Jumping on and off the vehicle during collection routes Working as part of a crew on daily waste collection rounds Supporting the driver to complete routes efficiently Following health & safety procedures at all times EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting Able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Reliable, punctual and team-oriented Flexible with working days (minimum 4 shifts per week) Previous waste or labouring experience preferred COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS Must attend an induction (approx.
