Are you passionate about working with young children? Do you want to be part of a nurturing and educational environment where you can help shape the foundation of a child's development? We're looking for a dedicated and energetic early childhood educator to join our team!

• Support lead teachers with implementing engaging, age-appropriate curriculum
• Supervise and interact with children during play and learning activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Assist with mealtime routines and help meet children’s nutritional needs
• Help manage children’s emotional and behavioral needs in a supportive way
• Attend staff meetings and required training sessions
• Assist with classroom administrative tasks and documentation
• Ensure all health and safety policies are followed
• Maintain Early Head Start and Head Start standards through professional development courses and trainings

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Experience working with infants through school-aged children is strongly preferred
• Ability to work until 6:00 PM (closing shift required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if applicable)
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings
• Energetic, patient, and adaptable personality
• Strong communication skills with both children and adults
• Ability to lift and carry young children and stay active throughout the day
