Base salary dependent on level of experience (120-175k)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial and capital projects in a steel production environment
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Manage scope, resources, budgets, and timelines in accordance with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, and contractors
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout project phases
- Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and closeout summaries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is required
