Key Responsibilities Ownership

Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, utilizing internal partners as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to explain complex solutions in a simple to understand way.

Initiative

Perform branch servicing duties including teller transactions, cash handling, balancing, ordering cash, vault activities, audits, ATM servicing, and workspace upkeep.
Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy and attention to compliance standards.
Follow branch security procedures and remain vigilant in protecting the bank, customers, and team members.
Maintain flexibility to support additional retail branch duties and business needs as assigned.
