• Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and control system failures.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control documentation.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and processes.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams on automation projects.
• Ensure all control systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Extensive experience with PLC programming and configuration (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Proficiency in HMI/SCADA system design, development, and integration.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, commission, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with industrial robotics, motion control, and/or machine vision systems.

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots).
• Proficiency in vision system programming and integration (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Knowledge of SQL databases for data collection, reporting, and OEE tracking.
• Familiarity with MES/ERP systems and their integration with control systems.
