• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Program, configure, and optimize industrial robots for various manufacturing processes.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of automated machinery and control systems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify and execute automation improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation systems and processes.
• Ensure all automated equipment and control systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the commissioning, validation, and continuous improvement of new and existing automation equipment.

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA system development.
• Demonstrated experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) for integration and programming.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex automation systems and controls.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to design and implement automated solutions for efficiency and quality.

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, Power BI) for OEE and process optimization.
• Experience with industrial machine vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms and data integration strategies.
• Basic proficiency in CAD software for automation cell layout or fixture design.
