Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

• Develop, write, and debug CMM inspection programs using CAD models and engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Interpret complex GD&T requirements to create accurate and efficient measurement routines.
• Select appropriate probes, tips, and fixtures for various part geometries and materials.
• Perform first-article inspections (FAI) and correlation studies to validate CMM program accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing CMM programs to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time.
• Generate and analyze detailed inspection reports, communicating results to relevant teams.
• Maintain CMM equipment, including performing routine calibration checks and minor adjustments.

• Proficiency in CMM programming software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS).
• Expertise in interpreting engineering blueprints, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong understanding of metrology principles and measurement techniques.
• Experience with CMM operation, calibration, and maintenance.
• Ability to analyze measurement data and troubleshoot programming issues.

• Experience with other metrology equipment (e.g., vision systems, laser scanners, optical comparators).
• Proficiency in CAD software for model manipulation and analysis (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA, Inventor).
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and software.
• Experience with fixture design or fabrication for CMM applications.
