We are looking for a Member Specialist to assist our members and be their go-to person for all financial needs while providing a best‑in‑class member experience.

• Provide excellent member service and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Assist members with new loans and products, open accounts, advise on account status, and furnish information on loans and products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, and cash advances.
• Keep product literature updated.
• Receive and process loan applications.
• Courteously and promptly resolve member questions and problems or refer them appropriately.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Registered or becoming registered as an MLO with a Nationwide Licensing Number.

• One to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

• Knowledge of company products and sales policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Well organized; attentive to detail.
• Willingness to assist others.
• Strong typing abilities.
• Able to use PC, calculator, and office equipment.

This position is subject to SAFE Act Registration Requirements. All loan officers engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain a status in good standing under the SAFE Act requirements. Failure to register successfully or maintain a status in good standing may affect eligibility for continued employment and may result in immediate termination.
