Surgical Tech, Medical Assistant

No weekends, no holidays
Location: Ambulatory Surgery Center
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Surgical Technologist to join our fast-paced, patient-focused ambulatory surgery center. The Surgical Technologist will assist surgeons and the perioperative team by preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, and ensuring safe, efficient surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare operating rooms by setting up instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure aseptic conditions throughout procedures
- Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently
- Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping
- Perform surgical counts and ensure proper specimen handling
- Clean and turnover rooms between cases in a timely manner
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing, and sterile processing teams
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards (AAAHC, CMS, etc.)
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Current BLS certification
- ASC or hospital OR experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- No weekends, no call
