Position: Night Auditor $15/hr
Part-time, $15/hr, No set schedule, Weekend availability required.
The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, balancing transactions, and conducting security walks.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.High School diploma or equivalent required.College coursework in a related field is helpful.Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Knowledge of Accounting Principles.Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve guest issues and respond to emergencies.Proficiency in Windows OS, approved spreadsheets, and word processing.Effective communication skills to convey information clearly.Ability to evaluate and choose among alternative actions quickly and accurately.Ability to work well under stress and high-pressure situations.Effective problem-solving skills in the workplace.Ability to assimilate complex information from various sources and adapt as needed.Understanding of financial information, data, and basic arithmetic.Self-management skills.Good listening skills to understand and clarify concerns.Maintaining composure and objectivity under pressure.Responsibilities
Approach all guests and colleagues with friendliness and service orientation.Maintain regular attendance as per hotel standards.Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag.Comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations.Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.Initiate and complete the End of Day process.Run required reports for Food and Beverage audit.Complete the Night Audit checklist daily.Balance the day's work, including revenue and paperwork.Maintain cashiering and computer system responsibilities as per standards.Perform all front desk functions between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.Ensure building and guest area security checks.Handle guest requests during shift.Follow safety and emergency procedures.Maintain proper record keeping.Be familiar with hotel policies and house rules.Complete direct bills and attach backups.Maintain radio contact with colleagues.Understand security procedures.Ensure courteous interactions with guests and staff.Prepare and distribute daily reports.Transfer master accounts as needed.Distribute work and train new Night Auditors as requested.Run morning reports as per procedures.Assign newspaper delivery and manage other nightly tasks.Conduct nightly walk-throughs and handle lost and found items.Complete reports and miscellaneous duties as required.Assist guests with food orders and service if applicable.Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned.Property Details
