* What You Will Do:

**** Data & Insights
*** Independently analyze product adoption, usage, and performance metrics.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to influence product decisions.
* Build and automate dashboards and recurring reports for real-time visibility.
** Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
*** Own the creation of user-facing documentation (release notes, guides, FAQs).
* Partner with Product Owners to produce clear journey maps, workflows, and diagrams.
* Lead transfer-of-information sessions to enable downstream commercial and support teams.
** Product Operations & Process Improvement
*** Maintain and improve backlog hygiene practices, ensuring readiness and prioritization.
* Identify and drive process improvements for backlog refinement, release readiness, and reporting.
* Promote disciplined use of metrics (e.g., backlog health, sprint predictability).

* What You Will Need:

* Required Qualifications:

** Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline & 2+ years of work experience

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Technical

Skills:

*** Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
* Strong technical writing skills (drafting release notes, guides, and process docs).
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles (terminology, ceremonies, backlog flow).
* Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker — at the user level).
* Strong Agile practice knowledge (capacity planning, backlog health metrics, predictability tracking).
** Preferred Skills / Engineering tools:
*** Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira dashboards, custom queries, integrations with Aha!/Confluence).
* Ability to create process maps and workflows in Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.* $89k - $148k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
