• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine part specifications and machining sequences.
• Perform quality control checks on machined parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Load raw materials into machines and unload finished or semi‑finished parts.
• Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common machining issues and machine alarms.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functionality and longevity.

• Proven 3-5 years of experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) for quality inspection.
• Ability to perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and basic troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
• Strong understanding of G‑code and M‑code for program adjustments and optimization.

• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software for program generation or modification.
• Experience with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparators).
• Ability to perform minor machine maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
