Advisa Care is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to serve the Greater Portage and Kalamazoo County areas. You will provide holistic, patient-driven care, lead the care team, and educate patients and caregivers in a home setting.
Flexible scheduling includes full-time or part-time options; OASIS experience is preferred. Michigan RN or LPN license required with at least one year of home health experience. Travel within a 30-mile radius is expected.
