The QO Lab Analyst position operates effectively in a fast-paced, customer-oriented, team laboratory environment to analyze finished product samples prior to commercial release. This dynamic, growing lab within a manufacturing site offers opportunities to learn new skills and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities include:

Performing, documenting, and checking qualitative and quantitative assays on samples.

Utilizing primary technologies such as HPLC and dissolution.

Interpreting and evaluating data for accuracy, precision, trends, and GMP impact.

Recommending and executing process improvements to enhance laboratory performance.

Maintaining high productivity, multitasking, low error rates, and attention to detail.

Demonstrating flexibility and engagement in a changing environment.

Applying good laboratory techniques to prevent cross-contamination or misidentification.

Following written procedures.

Training others as skills allow.

Troubleshooting instrumentation as skills permit.

Participating in laboratory investigations and possibly supporting manufacturing QC activities such as cleaning verification.

Shift hours are from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm with some flexibility; overtime may be required.

Qualifications include:

An AAS, BA/BS, or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related sciences (preferred).

Related Quality Control experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience with GMP documentation, drug formulation, laboratory operations, SAP, LIMS, HPLC, Dissolution, and Empower3 is preferred.

Successful candidates should demonstrate willingness to learn, teamwork, and attention to detail.
