- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Be a Team Member:
Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and adapts to the needs of the business to work in other areas. - Be an Expert:
Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares meat products according to established standards; cuts boneless meat products; maintains product quality standards. - Be a Techie:
Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Maintains work area per company policies and procedures; ensures quality and date control standards for meat products; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocates for the department and club by valuing the member’s experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; executes basics at the highest level; shows energy, commitment, and passion for the work. - Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses Open Door Policy; applies these in executing business processes and practices.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; seeks improvements and adapts to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances. Minimum and preferred qualifications are described below as part of the hiring process.
