Associate Cycle Counter - 1st Shift

Position: Associate Cycle Counter - 1st Shift - $20.75/hr.

Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, OT as needed by the business*
* ** What You'll Do*
* + Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts across multiple plant areas to maintain inventory accuracy.

+ Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve variances between physical and system inventory.

+ Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and use system tools to research and track inventory issues.

+ Compile and review purchase orders, inventory records, and related documentation to support inventory management.

+ Ensure proper storage, labeling, organization, and traceability of inventory throughout the facility.

+ Assist with Engineering Change Order (ECO) part exchanges and ensure damaged or defective materials are handled according to procedures.

+ Prepare inventory reports and provide updates on shortages, discrepancies, and investigations during Tier 1 meetings.

+ Collaborate with Materials, Quality, Assembly, Fabrication, and other teams to support inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.

$20.75/hr. plus bonus eligible and benefits.
