Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking aOCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST HOURLYto join ourPEDSteam!

This is an hourly position, providing Pediatric care across Outpatient and Inpatient settings.

HOURS: 1.0 FTE/80 hours every two weeks, day shift, Monday-Friday

As an Occupational Therapist, you will

• Evaluate, treat, and develop care plans for patients in accordance with established Occupational Therapy standards.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care based on each patient’s diagnosis, age, and individual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support continuity of care.

• Our Inpatient Therapy Team (PT, OT, ST) collaborates daily withhospitalists, nursing staff, and CNAsin Med/Surg and ICU units to ensure quality outcomes and smooth transitions of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License
• CPR Certification(or obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
