Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking a REGISTERED NURSE to join our BIRTHING CENTER team.
The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to assist with the delivery of primary health care and patient care management in the clinic setting. The R.N. performs a wide variety of patient care activities including documentation within the medical record. The R.N. utilizes nursing skills when assessing and triaging patients and recommending follow-up care. The position requires the ability to make decisions consistent with nursing practice, clinic policies and observation of confidentiality of patient information.
This position may be eligible for a Sign on Bonus!
Hours & ScheduleFull Time; 0.9 FTE or 72 hours per pay period. Day/Night Shifts.
Experience & Qualifications- Knowledge of patient care standards normally acquired through graduation of an accredited R.N. program.
- Two years medical experience preferred.
- Possesses an active Wisconsin RN nursing license.
- Current BLS certification or obtained within 60 days of hire.
