Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• Provide care for medical surgical patients, including post-operative and general surgical patients as part of a diverse case mix.
• May be required to float to additional units and locations.
• Coordinate with unit manager or nurse leadership during the interview/selection process; some candidates may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

• Experience:
  
  12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months. Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Licensure:
  Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• Certifications:
  
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Other: COVID vaccination required after submission (religious and medical declinations accepted). COVID booster required after submission (religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted). Flu vaccination required after submission (religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted). Pre-employment modules may be required. Upload certifications or health documents to expedite onboarding.

• Unit/Facility Details:
  Case mix includes medical and surgical patients (e.g., joint replacements). 11 beds for COVID patients on one end of the unit; remaining beds in other rooms.
• Floating Requirements:
  Willingness to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Riverview.
• Travel Status:
  Travel only; local not allowed.
• Scheduling:
  Weekend/Holiday rotation: 2 weekends out of 4 as needed; nights Fri/Sat or days Sat/Sun; holiday rotation.
• Observed Holidays:
  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
• Shifts:
  
  Night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) and related shift details may apply.
