Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking a highly motivated Athletic Trainer to join our growing multidisciplinary therapy team!

• Provide comprehensive athletic training services to adult, and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized care plans based on patient age, diagnosis, and goals.
• Support injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement both in the clinic and in the community.
• Incorporate patient and family education into all phases of care.
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes according to established standards.

• Full-Time/80 hours every two weeks
• Monday-Friday
• Day shift hours

• Knowledge of athletic training standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from a school accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE).
• Current Wisconsin licensure to practice athletic training.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current AED certification.
• Possesses a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000/$300,000 coverage required.
