Production Technician

We are looking for candidates who work safely,have a strong work ethic, are dependable, have a positive attitude, and work effectively in a team environment.

Cardinal Portage offers a 12-hour rotating and straight shift schedule of days or nights (pending availability),working 3 or 4 shifts/week.

Working half the days of the year, this schedule provides every other weekend off.

• Operate power industrial vehicles, once trained and certified
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age to apply
• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred
• Basic math, computer and tape measuring skills
• Able to safely lift at least
  50pounds
• Must be able to bend, twist, squat, kneel, or stand for long periods of time
• Clear understanding of the English language, both written and spoken
• Pass a pre-employment physical ability test, background check, and drug screen

• Competitive Starting Base Wage
  with increases at6-month intervals
  • Rotating Day/Night Shift Base Wage –$22.75/hour average
    • Paid at day and night rate appropriately when worked
  • Day Shift Base Wage - $21.75/hour
  • Night Shift Base Wage –$23.75/hour
• New Hire Bonus – $1,900 total payout within 1st year of employment
