North Shore Healthcare is a leading post‑acute provider with 70 skilled nursing and assisted living centers. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality care in a progressive environment.

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, the RN assumes responsibility for a shift of residents/patients. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to standards of care, manages the environment for safety, and supervises nursing assistants and helpers. The RN follows North Shore policies, the State Nurse Practice Act, and applicable JCAHO standards.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.
• Ability to calculate drug dosage.
• Meets all health requirements imposed by law.
• Positive, effective communication with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and staff.
• Proficient in spoken, written, and understood English.
• Basic computer knowledge and aptitude for learning company applications.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous post‑acute care experience preferred.
