Job Type: Full‑time, Part‑time

Job Status: Full‑time, .8 or part‑time possible

Salary: $36.00 – $44.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Paid On‑Call: Nights and weekend rotations

Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Portage, Wisconsin

• RN License in state of Wisconsin
• Current, valid driver's license
• 1 year of home health experience preferred
