• Shift: Days, 7 AM–7:30 PM; 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week.
• EMR:
  Epic required.
• Floating: OB/L&D; may float to Med-Surg, ER, or ICU for tasks only (no patient assignment or isolation rooms). May float to other Aspirus locations in the Southern region.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years OB experience with L&D; 1 travel assignment required. Critical access hospital experience highly preferred.
• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends out of 4 as needed; holiday rotation every other shift.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, Advanced NRP required. AWHONN and PALS preferred.

  Description:
  
  8-bed unit with 2 labor rooms and 6 postpartum beds. Level I maternity/nursery; cares for labor, postpartum, newborns, and post-op GYN patients. Approximately 10 deliveries/month; follows AWHONN staffing guidelines.
• Radius Rule: 50 miles from the facility.
• RTO:
  Maximum 7 days.
