Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri.

$60-$65 Hourly! Consistent Hours!

Must have graduated from an accredited university and have a valid (or in process) license in the appropriate state. This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
