American Traveler is hiring an experienced ED RN for a night shift position at a rural acute care hospital, requiring 5+ years of experience and occasional charge responsibilities.
Requirements- Active NM or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience required
- Ability to triage patients safely, rapidly, and accurately
- Ability to prioritize care based on physical and psychosocial needs and patient flow factors
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response
- Rural acute care hospital Emergency Department setting
- Night shift schedule from
- Occasional charge nurse shifts required
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency department
- Work with initiative, flexibility, and professional responsibility under minimal supervision
- Communicate with ED physicians regarding changes in patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results
