General Service Technician
:
Estimated pay $17.50 - $20.50 / hour (effective rate).

Location: 456 S. Plano Rd., Porterville, CA 93257

Effective rate consists of:

• Hourly rate: $16.50 - $18.50
  , based on experience
• Incentives:
  
  $1.00 - $2.00 per hour average
  , based on productivity

Additional earning opportunities:

• Overtime

• Work as a team to perform basic preventive maintenance
• Repair tires, perform tire rotations
• Mount, dismount, and balance tires
• Perform oil changes and install filters
• Perform some mechanical services and repairs

• Willingness to learn the basics of preventive maintenance
• Current college/trade school students and graduates encouraged to apply
• Motivated and eager to work in an essential industry
• Transferable skills or relative experience (e.g., food industry, manufacturing or production)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete services in a timely and efficient manner
• Strong communication with team members to complete tasks
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn and grow with the company
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and endure crouching, bending, and turning
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
