SUMMARY

Averhealth is seeking a people-focused Customer Service Specialist, located in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

* Resolve issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.

* Use ticketing systems to manage and track customer interactions.

* Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction and support throughout the customer journey.

* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.

* Obtain a working knowledge of our proprietary software, Aversys, to resolve customer inquiries.
