This is a temporary, professional expert opportunity. Salary will be determined upon completion of the temporary employment agreement.

The instructor provides students with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundation necessary for a career in nursing based on experience and various topics.

Any combination equivalent to:

Bachelor's degree(s) or higher AND two years of professional experience. The professional experience required must be directly related to the teaching assignment.

OR

Associate's degree(s)
AND six years of professional experience. The professional experience required must be directly related to the teaching assignment.

AND A demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.

Note: Degrees and credits must be from accredited institutions (Title V Section 53406). Any degree from a country other than the United States, including Canada and Great Britain, must be evaluated by an evaluation service.
