** Your Role
*** Implement treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
* Assist residents with mobility and functional goals through guided therapy sessions
* Track and document progress accurately and efficiently
* Provide education to residents and caregivers to support long-term recovery
* Work collaboratively with rehab and nursing teams to promote optimal outcomes
* Maintain compliance with state and facility protocols###
** What We’re Looking For
*** Current
** California PTA license** (required)
* Current
** CPR certification
*** Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills and a resident-first mindset
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting###
