** Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time NOC Shift

* ** Pay: $47–$50/hr (DOE)
** Join our dedicated nursing team at Sequoia Transitional Care! We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to provide exceptional overnight care to our residents and support our clinical team.###

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for residents
* Conduct assessments, administer medications & treatments
* Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff on shift
* Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies & state/federal regulations
* Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in resident condition
* Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges & incident reports
* Promote a positive, safe, and caring environment###

* Qualifications:

*** Current CA RN license in good standing
* Prior SNF/long-term care experience preferred
* Strong leadership, communication & clinical skills
