Sequoia Transitional Care in Porterville, CA is hiring for all shifts - AM, PM, and NOC.

Whether you're an experienced CNA or recently certified, we welcome you to apply and be part of our team committed to quality care and teamwork.

• Active CNA certification in the state of California
• Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care experience preferred - but new grads welcome
• Passion for working with seniors in a caring, respectful manner
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn electronic documentation systems
• Ability to follow instructions, think critically, and work independently when needed
• Current medical clearance and ability to pass a background check
• Team-oriented mindset with reliability and compassion
