About the Role

The school is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant (TA) for regular weekly hours. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, as responsibilities may vary from supporting the nursery to Key Stage 2, or working within the school’s Special Resource Base (SRB). The ability to work independently and across all phases of the school is essential. This is a setting where culture and wellbeing are prioritised, offering a warm, welcoming, and highly supportive environment.

Key Requirements

Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or at least six months’ experience working with children in an educational setting
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
Experience providing one-to-one support for children with additional learning needs
