Customer Advisor

Role Overview

You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities include assisting with tills, advising customers, and working in the back shop.

• Help customers feel comfortable: listen, answer questions, give advice, recommend products.
• Promote in‑store offers, schemes, and products to improve sales.
• Ensure product displays are accurate and attractive on the shop floor.
• Provide excellent service at the tills.
• Assist with stock management in the stock rooms.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and presentable store.

Full training is provided, accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

Flexible shift patterns throughout the week, including weekend shifts.

• Hourly rate £13.02 – £15.10 in selected London locations, with increase after 6 months.
