Position: Site Based Quantity Surveyor
Location: Gwynedd

Site Quantity Surveyor - Demolition

DCS currently require an experienced Site based Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic construction management team.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex demolition projects within a professional environment.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 year's experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
Proven experience with NEC4 contracts
Demolition or heavy civil engineering experience preferred
Strong commercial and site management capability

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial management of site-based demolition projects
Administration of NEC4 contracts
Preparation, submission, and agreement of interim valuations
Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
Assessment and management of compensation events and variations
Subcontract procurement, valuation, and final account settlement
Cost control, risk management, and value engineering
Liaison with site teams, clients, and commercial stakeholders
