Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a major tunnelling and civils project based at site offices in Porthmadog, North Wales. The role is on-site five days a week with an initial 3-month contract and potential extension beyond Christmas.
You will oversee subcontractor accounts, issue payments and applications for payments, and manage compensation events and CVRs/cost reporting, ensuring compliance and timely reporting. Rate is negotiable and the role is Outside IR35.
