Babipur is seeking a Customer, Community & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Porthmadog. The role blends office work, customer communication, and warehouse tasks, including managing social media interactions (Whats App Business, Instagram, Facebook) and providing email coverage when needed.
You will process returns, resolve stock discrepancies, pick/pack orders, assist with goods-in, and help communication between office and warehouse.
