• Sun: 14:00 to 22:00
• Mon: 11:00 to 19:00
• Sat: 11:00 to 19:00

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer‑focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Building rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
• Using your initiative and making the right decisions for customers.
• Working well in a team and communicating openly, having fun, and celebrating success.

• MUST BE OVER 18 TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.

• Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25.
• Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked between midnight and 6am.
• Minimum of 16 hours per week guaranteed; roles from 12 hours also available.
• Contracted hours scheduled within the availability windows, with at least 3 weeks notice of shifts.
