CSCS Labourer

** Labourer – Portishead

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a new construction site in Portishead.

This is a hands-on role supporting the initial setup of the site. You will be assisting the site team with a variety of general labouring duties, helping to ensure the site is safely organised and ready for ongoing construction.

The role will include helping with site setup, putting up temporary barriers and fencing, installing signage, maintaining safe access routes, and supporting the wider site team with general duties as required. The work will be predominantly outdoors, so candidates should be comfortable working in all weather conditions and carrying out physical tasks throughout the day.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical and willing to get stuck in. Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred, particularly for someone who has experience with site setup or similar duties, although the right attitude and willingness to work are equally important.

Key requirements:

• CSCS card essential
• Previous construction/labouring experience preferred
• Experience with site setup, fencing or signage would be advantageous
• Comfortable working outdoors and carrying out physical work
• Reliable and punctual
• Good understanding of site safety
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Immediate availability preferred

Ongoing work is available for the right candidate, with the opportunity to become part of the site team as the project progresses.
