Description
Develop and maintain accurate supply plans to meet customer demand efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages or surpluses.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply-related issues.
Analyse sales forecasts and trends to optimise stock levels and reduce waste.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and supply chain activities.
Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making within the procurement & supply chain department.
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding inventory and procurement practices.
Profile
A successful Supply Planner should have:
Proven experience in supply planning or a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate forecasting and reporting.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
A solid understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
The ability to adapt to changing demands and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £28,800 to £32,000 per annum.
