As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who will elevate our brand, amplify our thought leadership, and drive intelligent, insight‑rich marketing across all of Moon’s divisions.

As our Marketing Manager, you will shape, steer and deliver Moon’s marketing strategy — ensuring our voice is distinctive, ethical and consistently aligned with our purpose. You will take the lead on:

• Developing and owning a clear, values‑aligned marketing plan.
• Producing high‑quality content including articles, reports, thought leadership pieces and multimedia assets.
• Building a content calendar that brings our sector knowledge, case studies and insights to life.

• Managing our website, online content, and digital performance.
• Enhancing our brand through consistent, professional and purposeful storytelling.
• Working in conjunction with our SEO Consultant, overseeing SEO, analytics, and digital campaign performance.

• Owning our social media presence with engaging, relevant and timely posts.
• Ghost‑writing for consultants and key internal voices.
• Tracking performance and evolving our approach based on insight.

• Managing press relationships and PR opportunities.
• Coordinating Moon’s events portfolio — including the Rise Awards, our 20th Anniversary celebrations, and sector‑specific gatherings.
• Curating guest blogs, partner features and leadership spotlights.

You’ll be a confident, collaborative marketer with:

• Proven experience in strategic marketing, ideally within professional services.
• The ability to manage multiple projects with organisation, pace and precision.
