Job Title: Senior Lettings Valuer

Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a well-established independent estate agency with a strong presence across North Somerset. This multi-branch business operates across North Somerset, with the main focus of this role based from the Portishead office (BS20), but covering to others in the area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Valuer or Senior Negotiator looking to focus on business generation rather than management. The role’s primary purpose is to win new lettings instructions and generate new business, overseeing the Portishead patch while also benefiting from additional valuation opportunities across North Somerset. You’ll be supported by a full-time Lettings Negotiator who will handle most viewings and administration, allowing you to focus on valuations and driving income.

• Generating new lettings business across Portishead, Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea
• Conducting lettings valuations and converting instructions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
• Advising landlords on rental values, legislation and market conditions
• Working closely with the Lettings Negotiator to ensure a smooth handover of new instructions
• Representing the business professionally at all times
• Identifying opportunities to grow market share within the local area

• Proven experience as a Lettings Valuer, Senior Lettings Negotiator or similar
• Strong track record of winning new business and valuations
• Excellent local market knowledge (or the ability to build this quickly)
• Confident, professional and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence
• ARLA qualification desirable but not essential

• £29,000 – £30,000 basic salary
• OTE of £35,000 – £36,000
• Commission structure enhanced by multi-branch coverage
• No people management responsibilities
