Class 2 Driver

Staff Co Direct is actively recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers (HGV2 / LGV2 ) to work with a respected logistics partner in the Portbury area. We're seeking professional, dependable, and flexible drivers to support ongoing operations.

Pay Rates (PAYE):
£17.00ph plus holiday pay or £19.05 including holiday pay

The Role
Store deliveries
Sun to Thursday rota
Start times 14:00/1500
4–10 drops per shift
Deliveries across  Bristol, Cornwall and up to Oxfordshire
Goods delivered in  cages/totes
Handball involved
2-man delivery team – either  2 drivers or driver + mate
Safe and professional delivery to store

Driver Requirements:
Valid  HGV Class 2 (LGV
2)  UK license
Minimum 12 months  of recent HGV Class 1 experience
Valid  CPC  and  Digital Tachograph (Digi Tacho)
Maximum  6 penalty points  (No  IN ,  DR , or  DD  convictions)
Previous curtain sider experience
Strong UK road network knowledge
Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
Physically fit and presentable
All drivers are required to complete an  assessment and induction
