HMP Portland has an exciting opportunity for a Catering Lecturer to join the prison‑based Education Team. We are seeking a creative and inspiring tutor with food‑related trade qualifications or experience who can deliver engaging classes to learners based within the prison. As a Catering Tutor, you will support learners to achieve success and guide them through the courses. You will help them to achieve qualifications, build confidence and develop skills they can apply to employment upon release or to other areas within education.
