This is a full-time role for a Repair Project Manager located in Portland, CT. The Repair Project Manager will oversee repair and restoration projects, ensuring timely completion, managing logistics, coordinating with contractors, conducting inspections, and maintaining efficient communications with clients. The role also includes preparing schedules, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and addressing any project challenges to deliver quality outcomes for clients.

• Proven experience in Project Management, with the ability to oversee and coordinate end-to-end restoration and repair projects
• Strong proficiency in Xactimate, including accurate and detailed repair estimate writing
• Demonstrated ability to manage crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to timelines
• Ability to interpret, review, and reconcile scopes of work provided by insurance companies with the actual scope performed by contractors, identifying discrepancies and advocating for supplements when necessary
• Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes, including documentation and scope alignment
• Proven ability to budget and manage subcontractor costs, ensuring projects are completed within allocated budgets
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
