Respiratory Therapy - RRT, CRT, RCP, RN, LPN role at Indiana Fitness Works

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist and Nurses to join our Respiratory Therapy Department in a long-term care setting with a geriatrics focus. This position is located at Persimmon Ridge Rehabilitation Centre in Portland, Indiana.

On-site training is available; prior ventilator and tracheostomy experience is a plus, but NOT required. We are happy to train you on site.

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer and document respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as oxygen saturation levels and heart rate
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care
• Respond to emergency situations and provide basic life support as needed

• Certified RRT, CRT, RCP, RN or LPN
• Current Indiana Respiratory Therapist license preferred
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Basic life support certification required
