Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quick Books Bookkeeper for an immediate assignment to support our client’s accounting needs. Solid accounting history on Quick Books required. This position is ideal for detail‑oriented bookkeeping professionals seeking engagement in a fast‑paced environment that values accuracy and technical expertise.
Responsibilities- Manage financial records
- Reconcile accounts
- Ensure accurate processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Handle billing and sales tax reporting
- Strong expertise in Quick Books
- Experience in bookkeeping/accounting
- Temporary assignment
- Associate seniority level
- Pay range: $30.00/hr – $35.00/hr
- Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday - Duration: 4+ weeks (immediate assignment)
Portland peninsula, conveniently located near I-295 with on‑site parking.
