What You ll Do
  • Be the go-to expert for our customers, ensuring they get the most out of Alivo’s solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted partner.
  • Quickly address and resolve customer inquiries, turning potential issues into success stories.
  • Gather customer feedback to share with internal teams and continuously improve our products.
  • Keep customer records up-to-date in our CRM, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to elevate the customer journey.
Qualifications
  • A customer-first mindset with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Stellar communication skills—written, verbal, and even the occasional GIF.
  • Experience with CRM tools and helpdesk systems (bonus points if you’ve dabbled with Service Titan, Hub Spot, or similar).
  • A natural ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage your time effectively.
  • A collaborative spirit that thrives both independently and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus—but we care more about your experience and enthusiasm!
