As a hygienist, you will treat each patient according to their unique individual needs, with sufficient time to accomplish the necessary treatment unlimited by insurance policy restrictions. Hygiene services in this practice include conservative periodontal care, which may involve longer visits and/or a series of appointments, as well as implant care. The practice believes in supporting growth and developing the skills and leadership abilities of each team member, with a stepwise path to advancement within the team.

To qualify for this position, you need a Maine RDH license and a desire to learn and grow to become the best version of yourself. Your experience will determine your starting point. If your experience already includes advanced skills in periodontal treatment, this will be an opportunity to use and further develop those skills. If you dont yet have that experience, this position offers the perfect opportunity to gain those skills.

The practice provides both external continuing education and in-office coaching and training, led by our experiencedlead hygienist. Added to all of this is the chance to work as part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together and values having fun e have fun learning and growing with us!

Some Particulars

• Four to five days per week; patient hours 8 AM 5 PM with a lunch break
• Eight scheduled hours per day of patient care
• Routine adult appointments are one hour
