Physician - Hospital Medicine Float Pool

Description

Maine Health is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician for an internal float pool opportunity, serving in a rotating capacity as an attending physician at Maine Health Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine Health Maine Medical Center in Biddeford, Maine Health Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick, Maine Health Stephens Hospital in Norway, and other Maine Health local health systems as assigned.

The Maine Health Medical Group now includes more than 100 hospitalists engaged on the front lines of clinical care, quality improvement, and medical education. The group includes leaders from across the organization and supports the Internal Medicine Hospitalist Track within the IM Residency. Physicians also work closely with advanced practiced professionals (NP/PA) in many aspects of care and will have ready access to point of care ultrasound (POCUS) as part of their daily care.
